What we collect

Name(s), mobile number(s), email (optional), court, subscription and payment records, the cause-list messages we send you, and technical data needed to deliver notifications (device identifier, Firebase push token, IP address, app version).

Why

To verify your login by WhatsApp OTP, deliver cause-list updates and alerts, process subscription payments, issue receipts, and keep an audit log of profile changes.

Sharing

We share only what is needed with service providers: WhatsApp messaging (Interakt / Meta), Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) for push alerts, and payment gateways (Razorpay / PayU). Card and UPI details are entered directly with the payment gateway; we never see or store them. We do not sell your data.

Storage & security

Data is stored on servers in India over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Messages you receive are also cached on your phone for offline reading.

Your choices

You can update your mobile numbers and request name changes in the app. You can request deletion of your account and data from Settings › Request account deletion, or by contacting us. Payment records may be retained where required by tax law.
